Diaspora Week runs from December 28, 2026 through January 5, 2027 in Freetown, Sierra Leone. Venues, times and meeting points will be published as they are confirmed.

The programme opens with the two-day Sierra Leone Diaspora Investment Conference on December 28-29, followed by Diaspora Sports Day and a beach bonfire, partner-led New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day activations, The Song of Njama on January 2, a rest and optional-events day on January 3, the Diaspora Investment Bootcamp on January 4, and the Trade, Agribusiness & Eco-Tourism Tour on January 5.

Yes. Sierra Leone Diaspora Week is presented by the Sierra Leone Diaspora Investment Conference and expands the conference into a wider business and cultural programme.

The Conference Pass is $125, Diaspora Week All-Access is $325 at the early price through November 1, and the Exhibitor/Vendor package is $500. Prices are in USD. Compare passes and buy your ticket.

All-Access includes the two-day conference with priority seating, breakfast and lunch; the Welcome Cocktail and SME Showcase; the Diaspora Excellence Awards Gala; Diaspora Wars and the Beach Bonfire; The Song of Njama; the Diaspora Investment Bootcamp; and the Trade, Agribusiness & Eco-Tourism Tour with transport. The $325 early offer ends November 1. Sports competitors must be 18 or older and register separately after their pass is verified.

The $500 Exhibitor/Vendor Pass includes a dedicated spot in the SME & Cultural Showcase, a social media profile post, and inclusion in the official Diaspora Week Guide.

All displayed prices and checkout totals are in United States dollars (USD). No SLE conversion or currency toggle is used at checkout.

Transport, meals and accommodation are included only when they are specifically listed with a pass. Tour transport is included only where the selected pass states it; accommodation and other travel arrangements remain the attendee’s responsibility.

Existing Silver Spring ticket holders may request a transfer to Freetown 2026. Email vickie@vrcmarketing.com with the original order number and purchaser email address so the request can be matched.

Existing Silver Spring ticket holders may request credit toward the June 11, 2027 Silver Spring edition. Email vickie@vrcmarketing.com with the original order details to request this option.

New Freetown 2026 purchases are non-refundable except if the organizer cancels or materially reschedules the paid access. A full refund remains an option for existing Silver Spring ticket holders. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; posting time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.

Freetown attendee transfers are accepted through December 14, 2026. New Freetown purchases are otherwise non-refundable except if the organizer cancels or materially reschedules the paid access. Existing Silver Spring buyers may request a Freetown transfer, Silver Spring 2027 credit, or refund.
